A covenant made before God
We understand that marriage is a covenant promise made between a man and a woman before God. There is great joy to be found in marriage, yet because we are a fallen people, every marriage will walk through difficult roads in some season.
The aim of both our marriage preparation course and our marriage tune-up program is to help ground the marriage covenant on the foundation of Jesus Christ. It is through a deeper understanding of God’s grace that marriages can best navigate the trials of matrimony.
“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.Ephesians 5:31–32
How it works
Whether you are preparing to marry or have been married for many years, the program follows the same simple path.
The couple takes the Prepare & Enrich assessment from the convenience of their own home.
An office visit is scheduled to go over the results together and begin a conversation about the strengths and weaknesses the report identifies.
The program includes a workbook for the couple to complete together, and more office visits can be scheduled to continue a healthy marital dialogue.
